ADVANCED 2-STAGE BITUMEN WEIGHING SYSTEM
In the first stage, bitumen is transferred from bitumen tank to a reserve tank according to the mixing formula. During the second stage, the actual quantity of bitumen will then be injected into the mixer according to the actual weighing quantity of aggregate and filler for the batch. As a result, precise and high quality hot mix could be achieved with no shortfall or wastage of bitumen in each batch of hot mix.
